South Dakota Governor’s Residence
When the people of South Dakota decided it was time to build their Governor a new home, they turned to Sands Drywall, Inc. The 14,000 square foot, $3 million building was completed in 2004. The structure serves as a private residence for the Governor and his family and also as a facility for public events.
Total Card Incorporated
Total Card Inc., a leading credit card serving company, makes its home in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in a 50,000 square foot building that houses 200 employees.
Courtyard Marriott
The luxurious Courtyard Marriott is one of the finest modern hotels in the area and one of the first in the new line of design for Marriott Hotels. The hotel contains 100 rooms and features some extended stay rooms.
Midland National Life
Midland National Life erected a 118,000 square feet over two stories. The grand design of the Midland National Life building is underscored by water features, an eating area and catwalks. The large entry and main corridor feature plenty of windows to light up the molded reveals on the walls.
